To choose a muscle group, click the Muscle Group button.
Next, choose a muscle group by clicking on the picture of the muscle group you want. Here we are choosing "Abdominals".
Notice that once we have chosen a muscle group, the Muscle Group button changes to show which muscle group you chose, and the Muscle Group button is now highlighted yellow to show that you have chosen something.
Once we have chosen at least 1 criteria, the Locator will start searching, and you will see exercises that match that one criteria. You can browse the search results, or continue to choose criteria to narrow down the search.
Here we have chosen all four criteria. Notice below each button is a "Clear" button. You can click this to clear out that criteria. Below these is a sentence that describes what you are currently searching on. In this example, we are searching for "Intermediate Balance/Core Exercises for Abdominals using Body Weight." Notice that we now only have one page of search results, because we have defined all four criteria.
In this example we have cleared out the Equipment and Goals filters. We now have 3 pages of search results. You can click a page number to go to that page. If there are too many pages of results, you can define more criteria to limit the amount of results.
Each exercise will have a Description and optionally may have Instructions entered by our trainers here at I-Trainer International. You can click the "More" links to show the entire description/instructions.
To search for routines, simply click the Routines tab and use the buttons there in the same way.
